Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Boris Bulletzowich! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Randall Steve! The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Dirk Anderson and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Steve lands a jab to the nose. Bulletzowich throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Steve sees it coming and avoids it easily. Decent striking displayed by Steve there. Bulletzowich tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Steve defends well and Bulletzowich ends up having to push Steve into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Steve tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bulletzowich was well out of range. Poor timing from Steve. Bulletzowich doesn't succeed with the takedown enabling Steve to counter with a crisp jab. Bulletzowich throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Steve was covering up waiting for the punch and Bulletzowich finishes the takedown easily into guard. Steve wants to get back to his feet but Bulletzowich passes into half guard.

Bulletzowich slips a nice elbow through Steve's hands, connecting with Steve's forehead. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Steve is trying to stand.
Steve is trying to maintain the position but Bulletzowich is very close to passing his half guard. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Bulletzowich lands a nice short elbow.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bulletzowich lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Bulletzowich looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Steve with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Bulletzowich lands with a punch from half guard. Nice strikes from Bulletzowich there. Steve tries to kick Bulletzowich off but Bulletzowich keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Bulletzowich slips a nice elbow through Steve's hands, connecting with Steve's forehead. Bulletzowich prevents Steve from standing back up.

Bulletzowich seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Steve does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Bulletzowich working over Steve with some ground and pound. Steve looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Steve is rocked! Bulletzowich drops an elbow to the side of Steve's head. Steve is still in real trouble! Can Bulletzowich finish him? Steve has hold of Bulletzowich's hands but Bulletzowich slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Bulletzowich seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Bulletzowich connects with a nice short shot to Steve's temple. Bulletzowich definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Bulletzowich scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Steve is trying to stand up here but Bulletzowich is controlling him well. Bulletzowich scores with a big shot! Steve's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Steve! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Boris Bulletzowich! Boris Bulletzowich spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
