Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Jay Hakopa (ranked 9243 p4p, 145 weight class) and Rock ZipperHead (ranked 22059 p4p, 157 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Paulsen Ambrosius and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and ZipperHead counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Hakopa misses with an uppercut. ZipperHead saw that one coming.
ZipperHead has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Hakopa has closed the distance and engaged ZipperHead in a clinch.

Hakopa lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Hakopa stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
