Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kristo Napz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and PJ Benn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). PJ Benn is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Benn.

Benn feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Benn stands up from Napz's guard - Benn perhaps looking for a knockout.

Benn is still in real trouble! Can Napz finish him?
Napz wants to get back to his feet but Benn is holding on tight.
Benn seems to have recovered his senses.

Benn tries to lock up and control but Napz gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Napz will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Benn is wriggling around trying to escape.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Benn shoots for a double leg takedown but Napz sprawls well. He's pushed Benn's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Napz! Benn is out on his feet! Napz rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Benn is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Benn is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
