Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Tiny Johnson and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Me misses with a double jab.
Real Me seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Me misses with a two punch combination.
Me has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Donovan feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Me can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Donovan controls the pace.
Me is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Donovan dives into side control.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Me really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Donovan. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Me is trying to control Donovan's posture but Donovan avoids it.

Donovan working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Donovan has an Americana. Me didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Donovan is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Donovan hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
