Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between kirk kendall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kevin Brining (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). kirk kendall looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, kirk kendall!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kevin Brining!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Chris Downing and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brining defending well as kendall loads up on a big left hand.
kendall looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
kendall keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
A telegraphed right hand from kendall misses the target.
Brining closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming kendall to the mat! kendall manages to get full guard.
Brining landing some decent shots from guard.
kendall has momentary wrist control but Brining slips an elbow through the middle.
kendall working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Brining.
Brining loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Brining accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Brining stands and throws kendall's legs to the side, diving into side control.
kendall parries the strikes from Brining easily there. Brining is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable kendall to escape.
kendall defending against the ground and pound.
Brining is working to tighten is grip on kendall's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. kendall has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Brining is really squeezing tight and eventually kendall passes out! Brining breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
