Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Stem Cell (ranked 1560 p4p, 75 weight class) and Editiny Dick (ranked 1937 p4p, 90 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cell misses with a looping right.
Cell tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Cell throws a body shot but no joy.
Dick changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.

Dick has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

and Cell cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Dick has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Cell doesn't defend quickly enough and Dick has managed to lock this one up! Can Cell escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Dick on a fantastic submission victory.
