Coming up we have a bantamweight kickboxing rules bout between Tryston Kostelecky (ranked 23538 p4p, 415 weight class) and Julian Wallace (ranked 8213 p4p, 355 weight class). Wallace has chosen scotland the brave as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tryston Kostelecky!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Julian Wallace!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Chris Downing and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wallace tries to close the distance and clinch but Kostelecky swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Kostelecky works over Wallace's head and body with a nice combination.
Kostelecky looks to land a combination. Wallace sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Kostelecky misses with a head kick.
Kostelecky avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Kostelecky throws a front kick that sends Wallace stumbling back into the ropes.
Wallace tries to clinch up but Kostelecky circles away and keeps his distance.
Kostelecky definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Julian Wallace seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A looping hook to the body misses from Wallace. Kostelecky does a little dance to reset his feet.
Kostelecky throws a big counter combination but Wallace scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Wallace connects with a body shot that sends Kostelecky's belly button to the back.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Wallace throws a lazy right hand but Kostelecky sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Kostelecky scoring well with a low kick there.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Kostelecky instigates a clinch.
Wallace wants to break free but Kostelecky has control.
Wallace wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Kostelecky lands a left hand that snaps the head of Wallace backwards.
Kostelecky keeps control of Wallace as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Kostelecky pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Kostelecky connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Wallace scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Kostelecky really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Wallace looks to throw the jab but Kostelecky is out of range.
Kostelecky lands a slapping body shot.
Kostelecky looks to land a combination. Wallace sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Kostelecky ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Wallace tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Wallace throws out a leg kick but Kostelecky moves out of range and Wallace only half commits.
Wallace tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Kostelecky stalks Wallace and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Wallace's face. Wallace staggers backwards, shaken.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Kostelecky clinches up against the ropes.
Wallace wants to stall.

Kostelecky escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Wallace throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Kostelecky pushes Wallace up against the ropes in a clinch.

Kostelecky breaks from the clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Wallace misses with a straight right.
Wallace misses with a left hand
and Kostelecky counters with a left and a right that stings Wallace.
Wallace moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Kostelecky circles away from the clinch attempt.

Kostelecky moves into range and clinches up with Wallace.

Kostelecky manages to break the clinch.
Wallace misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Wallace throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Wallace moves in looking to clinch but Kostelecky pushes him off.
Kostelecky misses with a wild combination.
Wallace is looking to clinch.
Kostelecky half committed to a counter leg kick.
Kostelecky takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Wallace tries to clinch but Kostelecky is having none of it.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Wallace lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Wallace tries to clinch up but Kostelecky circles away and keeps his distance.
Kostelecky scores with a kick to the body.

Kostelecky connects with a looping right hand.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tryston Kostelecky dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Wallace throws a low kick, looking for Kostelecky's leg but Kostelecky calmly moves out of range.
Kostelecky misses with a two punch combination.
Kostelecky is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Wallace can do to turn this around?

Wallace misses with a hook. Kostelecky ducked under it nicely.
Wallace looks to score with a jab to the body but Kostelecky is just out of range.
Kostelecky lands a jab-cross combination.
Wallace fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
A chopping leg kick lands by Kostelecky.
Kostelecky looks to land a combination but Wallace avoids it well.
Tryston Kostelecky is winning the standup battle so far.
Kostelecky misses with a double jab.
Kostelecky feints a jab promting Wallace to slip. Kostelecky then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Wallace slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Wallace throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Wallace throws a left and a right that both miss

and Kostelecky counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Wallace trying to control the position but instead, Kostelecky has worked for underhooks and has pushed Wallace into the ropes.

Kostelecky manages to break the clinch.

Kostelecky lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Wallace misses with a hook
and Kostelecky counters with a one-two to the body.
Wallace misses with the combination.
Wallace throws out a loose jab but Kostelecky uses good head movement to avoid it.
No joy there for Kostelecky, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Kostelecky's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Kostelecky duly obliges.


Wallace is rocked!
Kostelecky shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Wallace is still on wobbly legs! Can Kostelecky finish him?
Wallace misses with a straight right.
Wallace seems to have recovered his senses.
Wallace throws an overhand right that lands on Kostelecky's shoulder, as Kostelecky tries to avoid the shot.
Wallace has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kostelecky throws a combination. Wallace tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
The fight stays on the outside here - Wallace looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Kostelecky tries to counter by clinching up but Wallace breaks away and moves out of range.

and Kostelecky counters with a series of strikes. Wallace will be more careful next time no doubt.

Kostelecky uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Wallace.

Wallace feints and then cracks Kostelecky's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Kostelecky down.
Wallace throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kostelecky.

Kostelecky tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Wallace manages to circle out of the way.
Kostelecky is working the combinations to good effect here.

Wallace is breathing heavily.

Kostelecky looks low and kicks high, catching Wallace right on the side of the head, sending him crashing to the canvas! Will he be able to beat the count? 3,4,5 - he's already back to his feet and ready to go! Let's see if he's still with it!
Wallace is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.
Kostelecky gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
A left and a right from Kostelecky both land. Nice combination.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Kostelecky staggers Wallace with a jab and knocks him down with a follow up straight! Wallace looks in trouble, will he beat the count?! The count has reached 5 and he's only back to 1 knee - it's going to be close! 6,7,8 - he's up! No! He's back down again! 9...10 - he's can't beat the count and Kostelecky is victorious!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Tryston Kostelecky!
Jumping up and down and very excited, Tryston Kostelecky waved his t-shirt featuring IniTech Nutrition 's logo in front of the cameras.
