Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Pedro Franco (ranked 4611 p4p, 229 weight class) and Forest Gump (ranked 23083 p4p, 458 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Pedro Franco! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Forest Gump! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Marco Blurström and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Franco looks to clinch so Gump counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Franco is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Gump presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat. Gump changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Franco fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Franco tries to clinch up. Franco blocks a jab. Franco has managed to clinch.
Franco tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Gump tries to break the clinch but Franco is controlling the position. Franco keeps control of Gump as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Franco displaying some good clinch control by pressing Gump up against the cage. Franco misses with a knee strike.
That's one minute gone in the round. Franco lands with a left to the head. Franco misses with an elbow over the top. Gump avoids a wild elbow strike from Franco. Franco lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. A head punch on the inside from Franco fails to land. Gump looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Franco fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

It looks like Forest Gump has been cut. Franco definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Franco misses with a knee strike.
Franco tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Gump avoids it. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Franco takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Franco lands with a left to the head. Gump blocking some punches.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A short uppercut from Franco. Gump has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Franco after a bit of a struggle. Franco scores with an uppercut up the middle. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Franco effectively controlling the action here. Franco throws a punch but it's blocked by Gump. Franco comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. A nice glancing elbow lands by Franco. Franco lands a left hand that snaps the head of Gump backwards. Franco scores with a shot to the side of Gump's head. Franco lands on the inside with an uppercut. Franco throws a head punch that misses. Gump dodges an elbow strike from Franco.
Franco with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Gump wants to get back to striking at distance but Franco won't allow it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Franco swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Franco lands an elbow inside. Franco throws a head punch that misses. Gump drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Pedro Franco has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Forest Gump. A head punch on the inside from Franco fails to land. Gump is looking for a takedown. Franco lands an elbow inside that Gump shrugs off. Franco lands a knee to the head.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A nice glancing elbow lands by Franco. Gump blocks an elbow strike. Gump blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Franco unloads a knee to the mid-section. Gump lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Franco gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
That has opened up Forest Gump's cut even more. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Franco tries to throw a body punch but Gump avoids it by throwing Franco back against the cage. Franco gets through Gump's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Gump blocks an elbow strike from Franco.
Gump tries to score a body lock takedown but Franco shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Franco scores with an uppercut up the middle. Franco pressing his opponent against the cage. Franco lands a right hand. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Pedro Franco dominated that round. The cut man is working on Forest Gump's cut. That's time! Franco's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

A quick uppercut on the inside from Franco. Franco pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Gump has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Franco clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Gump is looking for a rear naked choke here but Franco reverses the position brilliantly into Gump's guard!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Gump is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Franco defends well.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Gump looking for a guillotine here but Franco defends easily.
Gump working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Franco doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Franco manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Gump is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Franco is aware though and is defending well. Gump is looking for a triangle but Franco pushes his legs off easily.
Gump is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Franco keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount. Franco tries to roll over but Gump keeps him under control. Franco is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Gump can do to turn this around? Gump wants to lay and pray for a moment but Franco keeps working. Gump is working for a kimura but Franco is defending it quite comfortably.
Franco makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Franco. Franco wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Franco keeping moving, preventing Gump from controlling successfully. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Franco is on top in guard.
Gump has his feet on Franco's thighs here. He's pushed Franco off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Franco screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
