The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Filho cracks Cadaver with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
It looks like Mortis Cadaver has been cut.
Filho looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

and Filho counters with a straight right hand.

Filho stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Cadaver tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.

Filho misses with a hook from the clinch.
Cadaver works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

Filho fails to land with a series of punches.
Cadaver's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Filho connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Cadaver scrambles back to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Cadaver throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Filho.
Filho swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Filho lands a big right hand that sends Cadaver crashing to the mat! Filho stays standing though and waves Cadaver back to his feet!

Filho pushes Cadaver against the cage. Filho is working some dirty boxing. Filho pushes off with a quick right hook! Cadaver goes down! Cadaver tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Filho moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
