Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Teddy Sampson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Dave Thompson!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Phil Schofield and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thompson slaps away a takedown attempt from Sampson, before circling back to the center of the mat.
As Sampson backs off Thompson throws a huge counter combo but Sampson manages to avoid it all.
Thompson throws a series of punches but Sampson avoids them all with ease.
Sampson throws a quick counter head kick but Thompson was just out of range.
Thompson lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Thompson!
Thompson feints a jab promting Sampson to slip. Thompson then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Sampson slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Left hook, right uppercut from Thompson.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Thompson misses with a combination
and Sampson finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Sampson closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Sampson changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Thompson fights it off and pushes away nicely.
A left and a right from Thompson both land. Nice combination.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Thompson misses with a combination
and Sampson counters by moving into the clinch.
Sampson jumps guard but Thompson turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Teddy Sampson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Thompson is looking to break free of the clinch but Sampson has double underhooks.
Sampson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Thompson moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Sampson fails to land the takedown.
Thompson throws a one two combo.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Sampson goes for a double leg but Thompson avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Thompson continues to drive forward.
Thompson throws a shot to the body.
Dave Thompson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Thompson lands with a nice combination. Sampson backs away looking to recover.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Thompson closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Sampson is rocked!
Thompson throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Sampson stumbling backwards into the cage! Sampson bounces back off the cage towards Thompson, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Thompson lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Thompson celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Dave Thompson!
