Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, One Punchy Punchy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Robert Whittaker! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Punchy Punchy pushes Whittaker up against the cage in a clinch. The referee is keeping an eye on Punchy Punchy - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Punchy Punchy is pushing Whittaker up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Whittaker is trying to push Punchy Punchy away but Punchy Punchy has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. And that's the end of the fight! One Punchy Punchy showed his dominance in that final round. Well Punchy Punchy has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today.
