Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Terry Crew (ranked 6417 p4p, 645 weight class) and Thierry Paulin (ranked 6605 p4p, 649 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Terry Crew! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Thierry Paulin! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Crew fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Paulin gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Paulin is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Crew drops back looking for a leg! Paulin is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Paulin manages to kick Crew off! Crew jumps back into Paulin's guard. Crew wants to pass the guard but Paulin is keeping the position. Crew trying to control but Paulin is working from the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Crew controlling from the top position. Paulin keeping full guard, as Crew tries to pass.
That's one minute gone in the round. Crew is working hard here to advance position. Crew thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Crew trying to control but Paulin is working from the bottom. Paulin trying to control the position here. Crew trying to control but Paulin is working from the bottom. Paulin looking for a sweep. Not yet Paulin, not yet. Crew trying to control the position from guard on top but Paulin is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Paulin has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Crew has passed into side control.
Paulin really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Crew. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Crew is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Paulin has escaped the position, nice work there. Crew tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Crew has knee on belly and moves into mount. Crew prevents Paulin from getting the reversal. Crew with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Crew wants to control the pace but Paulin is squirming around nicely. Crew has control of Paulin's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Paulin regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Paulin wants to control but Crew is having none of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Crew jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Paulin manages to avoid the submission attempt. Paulin is looking to reverse the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Crew is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Paulin is trying to escape and Crew transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Paulin is forced to tap! Nice work there by Crew! Very nice indeed!
