Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lesley Espinoza (ranked 8648 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pelta Peltaven (ranked 6527 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Lesley Espinoza! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Pelta Peltaven! The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Anni Minnemäki and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Espinoza has taken the fight to the clinch.
Peltaven wants a takedown.

Espinoza rushes Peltaven and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Espinoza really is a fat lump. Peltaven wants a takedown.
Peltaven has hold of one of Espinoza's legs. Espinoza is fighting the takedown attempt but Peltaven gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Espinoza pushes Peltaven off and gets back to his feet.
Espinoza darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Espinoza is controlling the pace.
That's one minute gone in the round. Peltaven tries to get to full guard but Espinoza has control of the leg. Espinoza is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Peltaven is just riding it out for now. Espinoza eventually gives up the hold. Espinoza is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Peltaven is trying to stand back up but Espinoza is controlling him

Espinoza lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Peltaven wants to improve his position but Espinoza is controlling well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Peltaven makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Peltaven. Peltaven is looking to stand up but Espinoza isn't so interested in that idea. Espinoza controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Peltaven is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Espinoza's corner is telling him to maintain position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Espinoza rushes Peltaven and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Espinoza prevents a takedown attempt there.
Lesley Espinoza has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pelta Peltaven. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Peltaven has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Espinoza avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

It looks like Lesley Espinoza has been cut. Lesley Espinoza is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Espinoza drives through and clinches with Peltaven against the cage.
Espinoza wants to break free but Peltaven has control.
Peltaven is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Espinoza pulls him back up using the underhooks. Peltaven is trying to trip Espinoza. He has hold of a leg but Espinoza is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Peltaven persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Espinoza keeping moving, preventing Peltaven from controlling successfully. Espinoza is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Peltaven is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Peltaven throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Espinoza works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Peltaven's corner is telling him to maintain position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Peltaven misses with a head kick.

That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Espinoza pushes Peltaven up against the cage in a clinch. Peltaven tries to land a knee to the head but Espinoza blocks with his arms.

Peltaven closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Peltaven lands in his opponent's guard. Peltaven trying to control the position from guard on top but Espinoza is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Peltaven postures up in Espinoza's guard and throws a big left but Espinoza blocks it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Espinoza is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Espinoza trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Peltaven works a leg free and moves into half guard. Espinoza scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Peltaven manages to mount him!
A nice elbow there by Peltaven. Peltaven lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Peltaven looking to ground and pound but Espinoza is blocking nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Peltaven unloads with some shots from mount but Espinoza bucks and avoids them well.
Peltaven throws some wild stikes that Espinoza manages to avoid easily.
Peltaven raining down shots from the mount! Espinoza holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Peltaven tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Peltaven looking to control and managing it successfully. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Espinoza is looking to improve his position but Peltaven isn't that keen on the idea. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Pelta Peltaven showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Lesley Espinoza's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. And we move into the final round!

Espinoza might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Peltaven tries to advance to mount but can't. Peltaven is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Espinoza knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Peltaven on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Peltaven tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. Peltaven happy to just control the position for now. Peltaven tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Peltaven has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Peltaven is looking to take a break and control but Espinoza is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Peltaven swings around for an armbar but Espinoza sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Peltaven's guard. Espinoza preventing the sweep. Peltaven is looking to stand up but Espinoza isn't so interested in that idea. Peltaven is trying to control the position from the bottom.

And that's the end of the fight! Pelta Peltaven comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Peltaven has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
