Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jay Navy (ranked 9682 p4p, 781 weight class) and Vlkomir Jahoda (ranked 25285 p4p, 835 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jay Navy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 4 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Vlkomir Jahoda! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, George Francis and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Navy fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Jahoda, pushing him back against the cage. Navy turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Navy manages to end up in side control. You can see the frustration on Jahoda's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Jahoda tries to get back to half guard but can't. Navy tries to score with some ground and pound. Jahoda controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. This fight is sponsored by Chainsaw 7. More blood and guts and stuff like that, in cinemas everywhere now! Jahoda's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jahoda tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Navy wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Jahoda can't do much from the bottom here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jahoda regains half guard. Jahoda controlling the leg, holding on to half guard. Jahoda has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Navy is working away from the top position though. Jahoda is doing well to control the position and prevent Navy from advancing to side control. Jahoda is staying active underneath Navy, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Jahoda blocking the ground and pound attempt from Navy. Jahoda is holding on to half guard well. Navy is looking to pass Jahoda's guard but actually Jahoda recovers to full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Jahoda seems keen to control Navy's posture. Navy trying to control the position from guard on top but Jahoda is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Jahoda manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Navy manages to get himself to full guard.
Navy being controlled here, momentarily. Navy looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jahoda sitting in guard, not really doing much. Navy wants to sweep here but Jahoda controlling him for the moment. Navy is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Jahoda scoring with punches to the head and body. Jahoda's corner is telling him to maintain position. Jahoda won't allow Navy to sweep him here. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Jahoda not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Navy leaves Jahoda with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Navy half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Jahoda shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Navy gets a double leg takedown into Jahoda's guard. Jahoda pulls Navy in close to prevent any damage. Navy controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Jahoda looking to hit a scissor sweep but Navy is one step ahead there. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Navy is fighting to break Jahoda's control of his arms but Jahoda is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jay Navy dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Jahoda tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Navy defends well and Jahoda ends up having to push Navy into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Jahoda fails with the takedown. Jahoda tries to score a power double leg takedown but Navy sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jahoda somewhat. Jay Navy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vlkomir Jahoda. Jahoda throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Navy's waist but Navy gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jahoda off to one side. Jahoda throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Jahoda darts in and clinches Navy up against the cage. Navy is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A short right from Navy on the inside. Jahoda fails to pull the fight into his guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Navy successfully pulls guard.
Jahoda trying to control but Navy is working from the bottom. Navy knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jahoda on the ground. Jahoda showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Let's hope that Jahoda has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Navy keeping moving, preventing Jahoda from controlling successfully. Navy looking for a sweep. Not yet Navy, not yet. Navy is working hard here to advance position. Jahoda wants to control from the top but Navy keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Navy is adopting a defensive guard.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Excellent takedown into side control there by Navy. Navy working the ground and pound but Jahoda is defending the strikes. Jay Navy overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Who's going to make the next move? Navy misses with the ground and pound. Navy is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Jahoda can do to turn this around? Jahoda struggling a bit here. Navy thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Navy is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Jahoda is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Jahoda controls the position for a moment. Jahoda tries to strike but it doesn't land. Navy working away. Jahoda might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Navy haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Jahoda gets back to half guard. Jahoda controlling the position well. Jahoda is looking to control Navy's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Jahoda avoid being mounted?
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Jahoda clinches. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jay Navy dominated that second round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Navy is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Jahoda's half guard. Jahoda keeping hold of Navy's head, controlling as best he can. Jahoda moves into full guard.

Navy rolls with it to try and escape but Jahoda cranks on the arm and Navy is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
