Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Maxxy Baby (ranked 540 p4p, 65 weight class) and Lesley Chow (ranked 1299 p4p, 153 weight class). Lesley Chow has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Winston Alpacca and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baby connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Chow shoots for a double leg takedown but Baby sprawls well. He's pushed Chow's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Baby connects with the punch.
Baby tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Chow was well out of range. Poor timing from Baby.

A low kick from Chow misses
and Baby connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Baby sizes up Chow with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Baby keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Chow drops his hands momentarily and Baby takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Chow throws a hook to the side of Baby's head but Baby sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Chow just misses with a punch to the body.
Chow tries a head kick but it misses.
Chow shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Baby counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Chow throws a right and a left that Baby avoids nicely.
Chow finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

Lesley Chow seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chow shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Chow uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Baby.

Baby clobbers Chow with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Baby works Chow's body with a nice hook.
Chow tries to land a leg kick but Baby saw it coming and moves away.
Baby is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
No luck for Chow with that takedown attempt.
Maxxy Baby has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lesley Chow.

Baby moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Baby looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Chow has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Chow there as he acknowledges the shot.

Baby is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.

Chow throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Maxxy Baby is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Baby defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Chow.
Chow misses with the combination.
Chow is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Baby's half guard.
Baby is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Chow working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Baby is pushing off trying to get to his feet. Chow has hold of the leg though and he's dropped back for a heel hook… has he got it?? YES! Baby is tapping! This fight is all over!
