Szulcu pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Tarasov circles away from the clinch attempt.
Tarasov misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Szulcu tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Tarasov manages to circle out of the way.
Tarasov dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Szulcu showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Tarasov.
Szulcu looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Szulcu tries to clinch but Tarasov moves out of range.
Tarasov blocks a head kick by Szulcu.
Szulcu fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Ivan Tarasov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tarasov lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
It looks like Lechu Szulcu has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
