The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Mcgruff misses.
Mcgruff misses with a two punch combination.
Mcgruff throws a right and a left that both miss.
Kai misses with a wild body shot.

and Mcgruff counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Kai doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
A looping hook to the body misses from Mcgruff. Kai does a little dance to reset his feet.
Mcgruff takes a swing at Kai's ribcage but misses.
Mcgruff throws a series of punches but Kai avoids them all with ease.
Kai throws an off balance right hand
and Mcgruff counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Kai closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Kai lands a right hand.

Kai lands with a light punch inside.
Kai digs a right hand into Mcgruff's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Mcgruff's gas tank.

Kai lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Mcgruff backwards.
Kai presses Mcgruff against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Kai is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.

Kai gets through Mcgruff's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Mcgruff wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Kai throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Mcgruffs head.
Mcgruff tries to break the clinch but Kai is controlling the position.
Kai lands with a left to the head.
Kai keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Mcgruff's efforts to push away.
Kai lands with a right to the head.

Mcgruff is rocked!
Kai lands a right hand.
Oh Mcgruff is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kai lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Mcgruff backwards.
Kai working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Kai lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Mcgruff to his knees! Kai keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
