Coming up we have a bantamweight kickboxing rules bout between Jimmy Corn (ranked 8998 p4p, 391 weight class) and Cecil Lightning (ranked 9909 p4p, 412 weight class). Cecil Lightning is staring across the ring at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jimmy Corn! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Cecil Lightning! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Tiny Johnson and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lightning throws a predictable looking body shot
and Corn cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. A swing and a miss from Corn. Lightning misses the shot to the body. Corn scores with a jab to the body. Cecil Lightning seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lightning misses with a looping left. Corn punishes Lightning's body with a nice straight punch. Lightning swings widly with a right hand
and Corn connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Lightning gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Corn clinches up against the ropes. Corn escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Lightning tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Corn was well out of range. Poor timing from Lightning. Lightning lands with a right hand. This has been an exciting period of action! Lightning misses with a kick to the body enabling Corn to counter with a crisp jab. Corn swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
That's one minute gone in the round. Corn throws a lazy right hand but Lightning sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Lightning throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Corn has taken the fight to the clinch.
Corn scores with an uppercut up the middle. Corn lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Lightning backwards. A nice left hand lands by Corn.
Corn lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Lightning misses with a hook from the clinch. A frustrated look appears on Lightning's face as he tries to break the clinch. Lightning is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Corn goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Lightning tries to land a knee to the head but Corn blocks with his arms.
Lightning tries to throw a body punch but Corn avoids it by throwing Lightning back against the ropes. Corn scores with a nice hook to the head. Corn gets through Lightning's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Lightning misses with a hook to the ribs.
Corn lands with a short head shot on the inside.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Corn scores with a shot to the side of Lightning's head. Lightning can't break the clinch.

Lightning is rocked! Corn's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Lightning is still on wobbly legs! Can Corn finish him? Lightning throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Lightning seems to have recovered his senses. Lightning on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Lightning takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Corn has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Aspire Academy in the buildup to the fight. Corn connects with a crushing straight, right on the bridge of Lightning's nose, sending him crumpling to the mat! That's really rocked Lightning - is he going to beat the count??? 4,5,6,7,8,9.....10 - he's not made it - this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Jimmy Corn! Jimmy Corn decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
