Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Ben Hemmingworth and Francis DeMontford.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bray has a takedown stuffed.
Bray darts in looking for a takedown but Rating gets double underhooks and turns Bray into the cage.
Rating pushes Bray up against the cage in a clinch.
A frustrated look appears on Bray's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Rating has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Bray uses from the top position.
Bray will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Bray wants to stand but Rating has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Bray looking to sit in guard and control but Rating gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Rating is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Let's hope that Rating has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Bray wants to sweep here but Rating controlling him for the moment.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Bray goes for a double leg but Rating avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Rating continues to drive forward.

Bray pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Bray shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Rating's guard.
Rating wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Bray manages to pass to side control.
Bray stops Rating from getting back to his feet.
The fighters are battling for position here. Rating manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Bray postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Bray keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Rating's head.

Bray loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Rating holds on and takes a little breather.
Bray is working Rating over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Rating throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Rating utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bray wants to control from the top but Rating keeps moving.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Rating is trying to control the position but Bray postures up.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Bray blocks a head kick by Rating.
Rating shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Rating was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Bray throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rating can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Bray is looking to escape.
Rating tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Bray tries to hold on but Rating pushes him away.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Rating sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Rating scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Bray?
Rating is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Rating extends the arm and Bray is forced to tap!
