Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vinnie Sixx (ranked 9099 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julia Women (ranked 24540 p4p, 826 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Steve Montenegro and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sixx throws a series of punches but Women moves out of range.
Women has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Women takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Sixx throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Some wild striking there from Sixx.
Sixx misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Women steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Sixx.
Sixx throws a head kick that misses.
Women lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Women blocks a head kick by Sixx.
Sixx lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Sixx misses with a straight right.

Women shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Sixx as he jumps to the side.

Sixx feints a jab promting Women to slip. Sixx then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Women slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Sixx fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Women, pushing him back against the cage.
Sixx looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Women stalling in the clinch.
Women's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Sixx lands a really nice looking cross but Women seems unphased.
Sixx loads up on a big right hand but Women slips the punch.
Women replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Sixx blocks it well.
Sixx tries to land a front kick but Women steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Sixx swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Women shoots in for a takedown but Sixx shows good takedown defense.

Women drops down looking for an ankle pick but Sixx pulls his leg out and moves away.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Women takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Women is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Sixx is trying to stand up here but Women is controlling him well.

Sixx has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Women is working away from the top position though.
Women is trying to control the action in half guard but Sixx is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Women is thwarting Sixx's attempts to control the position.
Women stalling away here and it's allowed Sixx to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

Sixx is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Women defends it well.
Sixx wants to work for an arm triangle but Women is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Women is staying active underneath Sixx, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Sixx wants the takedown. Women is fighting it off but Sixx persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Women's guard against the cage.

Sixx sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Women's guard.
Well, if Sixx is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Women wants to sweep here but Sixx controlling him for the moment.
Sixx stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Women swivels though and keeps the full guard.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Women throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Julia Women has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Women has hold of Sixx's hands but Sixx slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Well Sixx has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
