Heavyweight throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Nice uppercut there from Heavyweight.
Heavyweight fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Heavyweight connects with a looping right hand.
Heavyweight closes the distance and clinches.
Heavyweight pushes Rogers back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Heavyweight has Rogers pressed against the cage, preventing Rogers from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Rogers fails to pull guard.
Heavyweight lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Rogers is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Heavyweight is keeping busy.
Heavyweight lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Rogers looks winded!
Heavyweight lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Rogers backwards.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Rogers tries to break free but Heavyweight pushes him back against the cage.
Heavyweight working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.

Heavyweight drops Rogers onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Rogers is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Rogers is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Rogers is still on wobbly legs! Can Heavyweight finish him?
Heavyweight dips a shoulder and cracks Rogers with a mighty uppercut! Rogers falls back against the cage and Heavyweight unloads with a barrage of strikes! Rogers is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Heavyweight screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Light Heavyweight!
