Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arthur Curry (ranked 394 p4p, 16 weight class) and Daniel Crushman (ranked 649 p4p, 20 weight class). Curry comes to the cage accompanied by Molly Malone - The Dubliners. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Crushman keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
We've been informed that Crushman has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Curry lands a head kick!
It looks like Daniel Crushman has been cut. Crushman tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Curry ducks under a wild hook from Crushman. An attempted straight right counter from Curry misses the target. Curry moves into range and connects with a jab. Crushman tries to close the distance and clinch up but Curry swats him away and circles back towards the center. Curry paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Curry dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Crushman staying out of range there. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Crushman looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Curry is trying to escape the mount but Crushman keeps good control and instead manages to take Curry's back.
Crushman has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Curry has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Crushman is persistently looking for the submission but Curry is defending it well.

Daniel Crushman dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Curry fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Crushman. Curry scores with a nice head shot. Curry checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Curry tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Crushman manages to circle out of the way. Jab, jab by Curry - just one landing.
That has opened up Daniel Crushman's cut even more. Curry swings and misses with a hook to the body.

And Crushman responds with a good body kick, but Curry manages to step out the way in time. Curry throws a hook but Crushman blocks it. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Crushman delivers a nice body kick. Curry bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Crushman's head backwards. A chopping leg kick lands by Curry. Curry throws a hook but Crushman blocks it. Curry fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Curry lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. A nice inside leg kick there by Crushman. That's going to slow Curry down. Crushman tries to clinch up. Curry throws a push kick but Crushman slaps the foot to one side. Crushman throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Curry lands a jab to the head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Crushman misses with an uppercut. Curry saw that one coming. Crushman finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Curry slips a straight right by Crushman. Crushman throws a shot to the body.
Curry misses with a hook. Crushman ducked under it nicely. A little jabbing left from Crushman on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Crushman connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Curry doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Curry takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Crushman connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Crushman works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Crushman fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Crushman fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Curry has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Curry avoids a kick to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Crushman shoots in for a takedown but Curry shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Curry waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Crushman. Curry throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Curry connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Crushman's hands. Crushman bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Crushman steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Curry. A nice side step and Crushman releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Curry blocks a jab. Curry feinted there with a counter leg kick. Crushman misses with a low kick.

Arthur Curry has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Daniel Crushman. A short right from Crushman on the inside. Still in the clinch, Curry scores with a nice short uppercut. Crushman breaks from the clinch.
Curry misses with a hook. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Arthur Curry will probably get the nod. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Crushman looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Crushman is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Curry doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Crushman. Crushman in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Curry tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Crushman!

Daniel Crushman tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool. The defeated Arthur Curry had this to say: 'I am hanging my gloves up for good. Just naked sparring with ur mamma thats it...'.
