Karlsson smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
It looks like Ivan Cox has been cut.
Cox looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Karlsson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Karlsson closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Karlsson drops Cox with a huge uppercut! Cox drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Karlsson is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!

Kalle Karlsson really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Sin City Allstars logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
The defeated Ivan Cox had this to say: 'I lost guys... But ill be in the sauna in 1 hour if some hot male fans wants to teabag me to a quick recovery.'.
