Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Wes Barnell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ocho Cinco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Barnell comes to the cage accompanied by "Like Toy Soldiers" - Eminem. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ocho Cinco!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cinco fails with the takedown.
A combination from Cinco does no damage.
The fighters circling - Cinco throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Cinco throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Cinco drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Cinco wants to stand but Barnell has his arm trapped.
Barnell can't do much from the bottom here.
Barnell tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Barnell is working hard here to advance position.
Barnell wants to control but Cinco postures up.
Cinco really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Barnell. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Barnell gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Barnell circles away from the clinch attempt.
Cinco moves into the clinch successfully.
Cinco has Barnell pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Cinco pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Barnell tumbling to the mat - Cinco dives into Barnell's guard.
Cinco trying to control the position from guard on top but Barnell is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Cinco drops back, looking for a kneebar! Barnell looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Barnell looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Barnell!
Cinco is trying to get back to half guard.
Cinco looks gassed!

Barnell working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Cinco is trying to improve his position.
Barnell is looking to take a break and control but Cinco is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Cinco misses with a strike from the bottom.

Cinco is trying to get back to half guard.
Barnell wants to control but Cinco is keeping him busy.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Cinco displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Cinco tries to close the distance and clinch but Barnell swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Some bone on bone action there as Barnell checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Barnell tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Cinco swivels and escapes.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Cinco.
Cinco tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.

Barnell manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Cinco is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Barnell is pressing down on Cinco's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Barnell looking for a guillotine here but Cinco defends easily.
Cinco throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Barnell is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Ocho Cinco will probably get the nod.
That's time! Barnell's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
The fight stays on the outside here - Cinco looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Cinco fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Barnell is out of range.
Jab by Cinco.
Barnell showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Cinco.
Barnell takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Cinco throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Barnell shoots for a double leg takedown but Cinco sprawls well. He's pushed Barnell's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Cinco changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Barnell looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Barnell is trying to improve his position.
Barnell manages to work his way to half guard, despite Cinco's best efforts.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Cinco is trying for a kimura here. Barnell looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Cinco wins by kimura!
