These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Spacco darts in and clinches Carter up against the cage.

Carter has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Spacco is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Carter.

Carter has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Spacco should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Carter has tightened it up now! Spacco should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
