Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robert McKenna (ranked 3206 p4p, 436 weight class) and Jan Urzu (ranked 3181 p4p, 433 weight class). Jan Urzu is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Robert McKenna! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jan Urzu! The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McKenna throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Urzu counters with a straight punch to the midsection. McKenna shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Urzu is trying to defend but McKenna finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. McKenna looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Urzu is looking to improve his position.
McKenna passes to side control. McKenna has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Urzu takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Urzu tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but McKenna wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. McKenna works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Urzu is looking to regain half guard here but McKenna keeps moving and retains side control. McKenna is working Urzu over with some ground and pound from side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. McKenna connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Urzu some visible discomfort.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. McKenna throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Urzu takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. McKenna lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Urzu down.
Urzu really doesn't want to stay on the ground with McKenna. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Urzu is looking to regain half guard here but McKenna keeps moving and retains side control. McKenna is putting a hurting on Urzu here, landing some big shots from side control. McKenna content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. Urzu takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. McKenna landing with strikes to the head and body from side control.
It looks like Jan Urzu has been cut. McKenna working the head and body with strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Urzu is working to avoid the ground and pound but McKenna connects with a decent elbow. McKenna lands some shots froms side control. Urzu takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Urzu is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. McKenna in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Urzu looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! McKenna turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!
