The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

That was a close round but I would say that Elan Tedroni will probably get the nod.

Mikhailovich is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Tedroni has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Mikhailovich uses from the top position.

Tedroni working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Mikhailovich doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Mikhailovich manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Mikhailovich might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Tedroni kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Tedroni escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Mikhailovich gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Tedroni throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Mikhailovich escapes and throws Tedroni's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Mikhailovich moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Let's hope that Mikhailovich has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
