Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Alec Ball and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Wade. Blaylock does a little dance to reset his feet.
Wade throws a body punch but Blaylock moves out of range.
Wade looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Blaylock was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Blaylock jabs Wade right on the nose. Wade blinks but takes it well.
Wade lands a head kick that stumbles Blaylock and the fighters go to the mat.
It looks like Mookie Blaylock has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Wade accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Wade postures up in Blaylock's guard and throws a big left but Blaylock blocks it.
Wade throws an elbow that misses. Blaylock uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Wade's guard. Nice move by Blaylock!

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Wade bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Wade throws a sloppy head kick and Blaylock moves out of range easily.
A little feinted left hand from Blaylock on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Wade keeps the fight on the outside.
Blaylock jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Samson Wade seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wade cracks Blaylock with an open hand slap.
Wade misses with a wild body shot.

Wade drops Blaylock with a big left hand and mounts him. Blaylock is in big trouble!
