Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Terryn Dall (ranked 2989 p4p, 342 weight class) and Fidel Duberry (ranked 3112 p4p, 354 weight class). Duberry is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Ween - Cover it with Gas and Set It On Fire. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Terryn Dall! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
39 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fidel Duberry! The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Yves DeLean and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Duberry jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Duberry throws a leg kick but Dall moved away. Duberry has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. A slapping leg kick lands for Dall.
Duberry avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Duberry drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Dall defends it well. Duberry displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Dall throws out the jab. Duberry cracks Dall with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Duberry looks to score with a jab to the body but Dall is just out of range. Dall swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Dall tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
That's one minute gone in the round. Duberry stuffs the takedown. Dall keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Duberry. An attempted straight right counter from Dall misses the target. Dall shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Duberry but Duberry pushes him off and we're back to square one. Duberry tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Duberry moves forwards but Dall connects with a nice, crisp jab. Duberry throws a lazy uppercut
and Dall counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dall misses with an uppercut. Duberry saw that one coming. Dall avoids the head kick by Duberry.
Dall was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Duberry keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Duberry feints the counter takedown. Duberry throws a leg kick but Dall checks it. Dall moves into range and clinches up with Duberry. Duberry goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Dall blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Duberry misses with the head strike.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Dall.
It looks like Fidel Duberry has been cut.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dall lands a right hand that snaps the head of Duberry backwards. Dall lands with a right to the head. Dall jumps guard but Duberry turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Terryn Dall. That's going to take a lot out of him. Dall with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Our sources have told us that Dall has been working on his knees in the buildup to the fight. Duberry tries to throw a body punch but Dall avoids it by throwing Duberry back against the cage. Duberry can't find room to land a body shot as Dall controls the action.
Duberry lands with a short head shot on the inside. Duberry lands a hook that snaps the head of Dall backwards. Dall tries to pull guard but Duberry holds him up against the cage and eventually Dall drops back down to his feet.
A head punch on the inside from Duberry fails to land. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Duberry. The referee is keeping an eye on Dall - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Duberry can't find room to land a body shot as Dall controls the action.
Duberry tries to work over Dall's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Duberry misses with a punch to the body.
Dall pulls guard effortlessly. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dall looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Duberry passes into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Duberry is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Dall trying to hold on to Duberry's head to control him but Duberry postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dall looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Dall wants to get back to full guard. Dall is working hard here to advance position. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Duberry moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Dall. Dall is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Terryn Dall will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Fidel Duberry's cut. That's time! Dall's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Dall misses with a straight right. And Duberry tries to counter it with a takedown but Dall pushes his down on his head and steps out. The fight stays on the outside here - Duberry looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Dall changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Dall shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Duberry as he jumps to the side. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dall keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Duberry. Dall was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Duberry swings widly with a right hand
and Dall connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
That's one minute gone in the round. Duberry staying out of range there. Duberry looks for the body kick but Dall saw that one coming. Dall appears to be looking for a counter takedown. A nice inside leg kick there by Duberry. That's going to slow Dall down. Dall displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Duberry throws out the jab. Duberry looks to land a left hand but Dall moved out of range nicely. Dall swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Duberry shoots in for a takedown but Dall shows good takedown defense. Dall tries to counter with a takedown but Duberry is quick to defend against it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jab, jab by Duberry - just one landing. Duberry throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Duberry looks to land a left hand but Dall moved out of range nicely. Duberry thows a leg kick but Dall checks it and Dall counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Duberry misses with an uppercut
and Dall counters with a single leg into guard. Duberry didn't expect that. Duberry keeping moving, preventing Dall from controlling successfully.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dall postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Dall stands and throws Duberry's legs to the side, diving into side control. Dall passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Duberry! Dall landing punches. Dall raining down hammerfists from mount.
Duberry is rocked! Whack. That's a big, big shot from Dall! Duberry is out cold! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:51 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Terryn Dall! Terryn Dall tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool. Fidel Duberry spoke after the fight, saying 'Bidel Fuberry'.
