Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Baki Hanma (ranked 2139 p4p, 232 weight class) and Jacky Jackal (ranked 2993 p4p, 296 weight class). Hanma's entrance music is B-Complex - Beautiful Lies. A fine choice. Jackal has chosen For Heavy Metal we will die! as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jacky Jackal!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Tiny Johnson and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackal circles away from the clinch attempt.
Jackal throws a low kick but Hanma avoids it.
Hanma has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Hanma fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Jackal has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Hanma pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Jackal lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Hanma has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Hanma and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Jackal fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Hanma, pushing him back against the cage.
Hanma misses with a hook from the clinch.
Jackal misses with the head strike.
Jackal blocking some punches.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Hanma.
Jackal misses with a hook from the clinch.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Jackal creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Hanma breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Jackal misses with a series of wild punches.
Jackal connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Hanma wants to slow Jackal down by chopping away at his legs.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hanma checks the leg kick nicely there.
A slapping leg kick lands for Jackal.
Jackal clinches.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Jackal.
Hanma lands an uppercut.
We've been informed that Jackal has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Hanma is trying to force a seperation but Jackal has the dominant position.
Hanma lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Hanma blocks an uppercut.
Jackal scores with an uppercut up the middle.
A right hook to the body lands for Jackal.
Jackal tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Jackal creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Jackal's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Jackal bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Hanma's head backwards.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Nice defenses there by Jackal.
Jackal wants to counter the offense by Hanma and move into the clinch position.
Hanma throws a lazy right hand but Jackal sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Jackal was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.
A slapping body kick lands there for Hanma.
Hanma fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Jackal is out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hanma slips a straight right by Jackal.
Hanma throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Jackal thows a leg kick but Hanma checks it
and Hanma counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
A head kick misses from Jackal.
Jackal lands a lovely overhand right.
Hanma is rocked!
Jackal moves into the clinch.
Oh Hanma is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A head punch blocked on the inside by Hanma.
Hanma blocking some punches.
Jackal swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Jackal breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Hanma walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Hanma limp body while Jackal jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jacky Jackal!
Jacky Jackal spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
