Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bomb Bombs (ranked 2717 p4p, 315 weight class) and Delvin Shore (ranked 3974 p4p, 439 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bomb Bombs!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 10 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Delvin Shore!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Stewart Dunkirk and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Shore looking for a takedown here - he's got it.

Bombs uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Shore changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bombs tries to avoid it but Shore manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bombs to the ground. Bombs escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Shore uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Bombs.
Bombs slaps away a takedown attempt from Shore, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Shore throws a lazy right hand but Bombs sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Shore avoids the head kick by Bombs.
Shore misses with a series of wild punches.
Shore fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Bomb Bombs has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Delvin Shore.
Shore looks to land a right hand but Bombs moved out of range.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A head kick misses from Bombs.
A little jabbing left from Shore on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Shore with a lazy takedown attempt
and Shore takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Bombs lands with a nice combination. Shore backs away looking to recover.


It looks like Delvin Shore has been cut.
Bombs lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Shore fails to land the takedown.
Bombs scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Bombs throws a right hand that Shore ducks under and follows up with a left that Shore also avoids with ease.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Bombs.
Shore swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A head kick from Bombs lands but Shore takes it in his stride.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bombs throws a head kick that Shore semi-blocks.

Bombs throws a head kick but Shore moves out of range.
Shore has his takedown stuffed
and Bombs counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Bombs connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Sloppy strikes from Shore. Those never looked like landing.

Bombs moves into range and clinches up with Shore.
Bombs struggles to land a body shot inside as Shore controls his hands.
Bombs misses with a knee strike.
Our sources have told us that Bombs has been working on his knees in the buildup to the fight.
Bombs is pressed up against the cage. Shore has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Bombs down to the mat. Bombs avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Bombs looks to land a body kick but Shore moved away.
Bombs takes a swing at Shore's ribcage but misses.
Delvin Shore seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bombs scores with a leg kick.
Shore moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Bombs lands a leg kick that knocks Shore off balance momentarily.

Shore changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Bombs looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Shore tries for a kimura but Bombs is defending well.

Shore is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Bombs has escaped the position, nice work there.
Shore sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Bombs is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Shore throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Shore postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Shore is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Bombs is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Shore throwing shots but missing, from side control.

Shore wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Bombs, who protects the arm well.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Bombs dodges the ground and pound from Shore.
An elbow from Shore crashes against the mat.
Shore working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
Shore has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Bombs is not in a great position here, taking some shots.

Shore tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Bombs clobbers Shore with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Bomb Bombs is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Shore shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Bomb Bombs has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Delvin Shore.
Shore rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Bombs counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

A nice left hand lands by Bombs.

Bombs is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Shore can do to turn this around?

Shore is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Bombs lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Bombs here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
Bombs struggles to land a body shot inside as Shore controls his hands.
Shore has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Bombs avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Shore is breathing heavily.

Bombs drops Shore with a big knee straight up the middle! Shore is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!


Shore is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Shore get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Shore stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Bombs runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:48 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Bomb Bombs!
