Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Noel Slager (ranked 7115 p4p, 339 weight class) and Mick Mulvaney (ranked 5566 p4p, 283 weight class). Slager comes to the cage accompanied by Best UFC entrance of all time!!!. Mulvaney is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: The Rocky Road To Dublin. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Mick Mulvaney!
The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Daniel Franklin and Santiago Holmes.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mulvaney lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Slager at a distance.
Slager misses with a takedown attempt - Mulvaney sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

It looks like Noel Slager has been cut.

Slager tries to score a power double leg takedown but Mulvaney sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Slager somewhat.

A nice side step and Mulvaney releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Mulvaney plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Slager to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Slager just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:42 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Mick Mulvaney!
After the fight, Mick Mulvaney was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
In defeat, Noel Slager stepped up to the mic, saying 'sorry, i lost but i'll be back better and stronger as ever'.
