Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Seun Adedji (ranked 1892 p4p, 281 weight class) and Kimbo Stripe (ranked 1310 p4p, 201 weight class). Stripe has chosen Captain Sensible - Happy Talk as his entrance music. Kimbo Stripe has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shirou Masuda and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stripe jabs Adedji to the body, keeping him at a distance.
The fighters circle momentarily. Stripe darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Adedji on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Stripe throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Adedji counters with a nice body shot.
Stripe misses the jab.
Adedji slips under a jab.
No joy there for Stripe, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Adedji closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Adedji throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Stripe blocks it with crossed arms.
Stripe pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

and Stripe takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

A little feinted left hand from Adedji on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

Stripe takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

We've been told by Adedji's head coaches at Hellfire Antechamber that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Adedji slips a jab and a cross from Stripe.
Adedji tries to close the distance and clinch up but Stripe swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Adedji escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Stripe throws a right hand that misses
and Adedji counters with a nice body shot.
Stripe misses with a body shot
and Adedji counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Adedji.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Adedji.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Stripe.
Adedji tries to work over Stripe's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Stripe tries to land knees in the clinch but Adedji avoids the damage to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Kimbo Stripe will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Adedji throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Stripe changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Kimbo Stripe seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Adedji is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Stripe is defending well for now.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Stripe decides to pull guard.
Stripe is looking to cinch up a triangle. Adedji throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Stripe's body to avoid the submission. Stripe has instead reached around Adedji's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Stripe arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Kimbo Stripe!
A relieved looking Kimbo Stripe thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
