Coming up we have a heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Dollar Bill (ranked 25312 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Spencer (ranked 20860 p4p, 0 weight class). Spencer comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Sirius kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 1 losses; Max Spencer! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Spencer shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Bill misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Spencer tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Bill defends well and Spencer ends up having to push Bill into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Spencer shoots in looking for a takedown. Bill tries to sprawl out of it but Spencer keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bill manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Dollar Bill has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Max Spencer. Bill displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Spencer. Bill really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Bill slaps away a takedown attempt from Spencer, before circling back to the center of the mat. Bill tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Spencer manages to circle out of the way. Bill tries to clinch up but Spencer circles away and keeps his distance. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Spencer has a takedown stuffed. Spencer looks winded! Spencer closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bill circles away. Bill is looking to clinch but Spencer is avoiding it.

Spencer stuffs the takedown attempt from Bill. Bill gets slowly back to his feet. Bill shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Spencer as he avoids it easily. Spencer shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Bill pinned against the cage. Bill gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Spencer looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Bill shoots for a double leg takedown but Spencer sprawls well. He's pushed Bill's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Bill stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Bill wants it to stay on the feet. Bill shoots for a takedown but Spencer saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Bill shoots in but Spencer avoids the takedown attempt easily. Max Spencer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Spencer slaps away a takedown attempt from Bill, before circling back to the center of the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Spencer tries to score a power double leg takedown but Bill sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Spencer somewhat. Bill stuffs the takedown. Bill fails with the takedown. Bill doesn't manage to clinch there - Spencer circles away.
Spencer shoots in but no luck this time. Spencer swats away the attempt to clinch by Bill. The fight stays on the outside here - Bill looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Spencer fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Bill avoids it really well and circles away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bill wants to clinch up but Spencer keeps it at a distance. Bill displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Spencer. Bill is trying hard to land a takedown here. Spencer sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Bill stuffs the takedown attempt from Spencer. Spencer gets slowly back to his feet. Bill shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Spencer as he avoids it easily. Spencer looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Spencer fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Spencer shoots for a double leg takedown but Bill sprawls well. He's pushed Spencer's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bill dives in and grabs Spencer's left leg, looking for a takedown. Spencer pushes down on Bill's head and hops out. Spencer looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Spencer shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bill sprawls well. Bill wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Spencer gets slowly back to his feet. Bill tries to counter by clinching up but Spencer breaks away and moves out of range. Bill tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Spencer manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Spencer looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Bill (0) vs (2) Spencer Spencer looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Bill knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Spencer on the ground. Spencer seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Bill does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
That's five minutes gone in the round. Bill is looking to improve his position.
Spencer looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Spencer has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Bill defend it? Spencer steps over the head and cranks it - Bill is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Spencer!
