The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Flagg shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Morgan but Morgan pushes him off and we're back to square one. Deangelo Flagg seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Nice takedown defense from Morgan. No joy for Flagg on that attempt. A momentary lapse in concentration from Morgan enables Flagg to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Morgan manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Flagg (2) vs (0) Morgan Flagg pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Morgan is keeping the position for now. Flagg preventing the sweep. Flagg is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Morgan is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Flagg is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. That's one minute gone in the round. Morgan can't keep his opponent in guard - Flagg advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Morgan keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount. Flagg seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Morgan is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
