Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dan Coen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Serra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mike Serra!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Reed Andrews and Steve Montenegro.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Coen gets a clinch.

Serra is fighting off a takedown attempt but Coen is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Serra to the mat. Serra regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Serra has his foot on Coen's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Coen works his way back into a safe position though.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Coen cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Coen has control of Serra's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Serra regains control of the situation pretty easily.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Serra.
