Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Max Carnage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Neville (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carnage comes to the cage accompanied by Pantera - WALK. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Neville keeps the fight on the outside.
Carnage wants to clinch up but Neville keeps it at a distance.
Carnage is looking to clinch.
Neville fails to land the takedown.
Neville shoots in and drives through. Carnage sprawls well.
Carnage pushes Neville up against the cage in a clinch.
Neville breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Carnage fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Neville, pushing him back against the cage.
Carnage throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Neville blocks it with crossed arms.

Carnage is looking to control Neville's arms but Neville gets an underhook and turns him. Now Carnage has his back to the cage.

Carnage could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Neville wants to stand but Carnage has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Neville changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Carnage tries to avoid it but Neville manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Carnage to the ground. Carnage escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Carnage cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

and Neville counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Carnage!
Carnage is desperately trying to improve his position but Neville has a good base and remains in mount.
Neville takes Carnage's back, avoiding a couple of desperation strikes from the bottom.

Neville is trying to stick to Carnage's back but Carnage is turning into Neville. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Neville's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Carnage.
Carnage keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Neville's head.
Neville wants to stand and escape but Carnage is having none of it.

Neville wants to sweep but no luck.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Carnage accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Neville wants to control the position but Carnage says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.
