Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ricardo Cruz (ranked 3506 p4p, 327 weight class) and Callum Welsh (ranked 5304 p4p, 465 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Welsh pushes Cruz up against the cage in a clinch. Welsh wants to stall.

Welsh is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Cruz is defending well for now. Cruz creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Welsh's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Welsh drops to his knees and Cruz pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
