Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Wallakowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sena Machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Machida is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Face The Pain . Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Sena Machida enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Bruce Wallakowski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Sena Machida! The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Matheus Silva and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wallakowski clinches up with Machida and pushes him back against the cage. Wallakowski prevents Machida from breaking the clinch. Machida pulls guard effortlessly. Wallakowski wants to control from the top but Machida keeps moving. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Machida pulls Wallakowski in close to prevent any damage. Machida looking for a sweep. Not yet Machida, not yet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wallakowski postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Wallakowski preventing the sweep. Wallakowski controlling from the top position. Wallakowski stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Machida swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wallakowski working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Wallakowski circles away from the clinch attempt.
Machida tries to clinch but Wallakowski moves away and Wallakowski holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Machida wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Wallakowski using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
Wallakowski unloads a knee to the mid-section. Machida lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Machida looks gassed! Wallakowski landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Wallakowski tries to land a knee to the head but Machida blocks with his arms.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wallakowski crunches a lovely knee into Machida's ribcage. Wallakowski connects with a knee to the head.

Machida is rocked! Wallakowski working the clinch nicely. Machida is working for position but Wallakowski cracks him with a big knee to the head! Machida crumples up against the cage and Wallakowski lands two more shots before the ref can save Machida! This one is all over!
