Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kaan Aromdee (ranked 5486 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aston Davids (ranked 8088 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Kaan Aromdee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Aston Davids!
The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Sandra Marshall and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davids tries to clinch but Aromdee moves away
and Aromdee counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Davids moves to clinch but Aromdee breaks away
and Aromdee cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Aromdee thuds a left hand into Davids's body.
Davids misses with a few strikes there.
Aromdee thuds his right hand into Davids's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
It looks like Aston Davids has been cut.
Davids darts in trying to clinch
and Aromdee connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Aromdee connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Davids's hands.
Aromdee's corner calls for a 1-2. Aromdee obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Davids tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Aromdee lands a jab.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Davids throws a head kick but Aromdee moves out of range.
Kaan Aromdee is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Davids gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Aromdee.
A decent looking cross lands there for Aromdee.
Davids is rocked!
Aromdee finds Davids's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Davids flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Aromdee lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Davids will be OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Kaan Aromdee!
Kaan Aromdee decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
