Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Wesley Smith and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bowman slips a jab and a cross from Lancaster.
Bowman wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Bowman darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Lancaster is trying to get back to full guard.
Lancaster wants to control but Bowman is keeping busy.
Bowman not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Lancaster looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Bowman throwing shots but Lancaster is blocking nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bowman is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Bowman throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Bowman wants to stand up but Lancaster has a hold of him and won't allow it.

Bowman lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Lancaster has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Bowman is working away from the top position though.
Lancaster is looking to improve his position.
Lancaster is looking to control Bowman's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Lancaster avoid being mounted?
Bowman looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Bowman connects with a nice short shot to Lancaster's temple.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lancaster is trying to control but Bowman passes into side control!
Lancaster takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Lancaster tries to improve position but can't.
Bowman stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Bowman closes the distance and clinches.
Bowman has Lancaster pressed against the cage, preventing Lancaster from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Lancaster scores with a nice hook to the head.
Bowman manages to break the clinch.
Lancaster scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Bowman doesn't seem bothered though.
A low kick from Lancaster is predictable there
and Bowman counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Lancaster!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lancaster manages to get back to half guard.

Lancaster tries to roll over but Bowman keeps him under control.
Lancaster manages to get to full guard.
Lancaster is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Bowman frees his head nicely. Oh but Lancaster has switched to an armbar! Bowman is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
