Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dan Sudo (ranked 3040 p4p, 279 weight class) and Ted Truck (ranked 3499 p4p, 327 weight class). Ted Truck looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shigeki Sano and Shirou Masuda.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sudo shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Truck as he avoids it easily.

and Truck counters by moving into the clinch.
Sudo has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Truck after a bit of a struggle.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dan Sudo. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sudo will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Truck up against the cage.
Truck using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Sudo has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
