Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Harris (ranked 6500 p4p, 638 weight class) and Michael Johnson (ranked 8016 p4p, 694 weight class). Harris comes into the arena with Kevin Rudolf - In the City blaring out of the sound system. The key to victory for Frank Harris has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
16 - 50 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Frank Harris! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Michael Johnson! The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Yukihiro Shimada and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Harris lands a nice shot to the body.
Harris throws a series of punches but Johnson moves out of range. Johnson has closed the distance and engaged Harris in a clinch.
Johnson has a couple of punches blocked by Harris.
Johnson wants the takedown. Harris is fighting it off but Johnson persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Harris's guard against the cage. Johnson loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Harris keeping moving, preventing Johnson from controlling successfully. Harris wants to sweep here but Johnson controlling him for the moment. Johnson trying to control but Harris is working from the bottom. Johnson should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Johnson is pushing down on Harris's leg trying to pass to half guard. Harris is fighting to maintain full guard but Johnson has managed to sneak the leg through.
That's one minute gone in the round. Johnson not landing any meaningful shots this time. Johnson wants to control but Harris is keeping him busy. Harris actively working from the bottom here. Johnson thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Harris's head. Johnson is stalling here. Harris is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Johnson seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Harris has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Johnson struggling a bit here. Harris tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Harris has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Johnson is trying to control Harris's posture but Harris avoids it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Johnson tries to buck Harris off but Harris is having none of it. Johnson can't do much from the bottom here. A bit of a lull in the action here. Harris trying to control the action but Johnson is working from the bottom. Harris looks up at the clock and then as Johnson takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Harris smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
It looks like Michael Johnson has been cut. Harris in side control lands a decent elbow.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Harris landing strikes. Harris working the body and head with strikes. Harris working the ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Harris creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Johnson sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Harris working away. Harris misses with the ground and pound. Harris scoring with punches and elbows. Johnson gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Johnson looks winded! Johnson is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Harris missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Harris connects with a nice short shot to Johnson's temple. Harris scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Johnson is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Harris scores with a couple of nice shots. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Harris drops an elbow to the side of Johnson's head. Johnson regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Harris. Johnson wants to sweep here but Harris controlling him for the moment. Harris chips away with some ground and pound. Johnson looking to sweep here. No luck so far. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Johnson is trying to control the position but Harris postures up. Johnson is looking for a triangle but Harris pushes his legs off easily.
Harris stands up over Johnson, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Harris with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Harris postures up and lands a big shot to Johnson's brow. Harris keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Johnson's head. Harris makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Frank Harris dominated that round. The cut man is working on Michael Johnson's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Johnson closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Harris's guard. Harris utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Johnson trying to control the position from guard on top but Harris is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Johnson decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Harris, up you get! Harris is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Johnson can do to turn this around? Harris lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Johnson falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:36 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Frank Harris! An out of breath Frank Harris thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
