And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kumo LaRusso!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Sosuke Kotani and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hepple throws a hook to the side of LaRusso's head but LaRusso sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
LaRusso uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Hepple has time to react.
Hepple has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Total Impact MMA/KT in the buildup to the fight.
LaRusso drops his hands momentarily and Hepple takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
LaRusso lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Hepple pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Hepple doesn't manage to clinch there - LaRusso circles away.
Hepple connects with the punch.

Hepple misses with a wild body shot.
Nice uppercut lands for Hepple. That snapped LaRusso's head back.

LaRusso swings and misses with a hook to the body.

LaRusso throws out a counter right but Hepple avoids it with no problem.
Hepple is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

LaRusso is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Hepple.

Hepple takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
LaRusso looks to land a left hand but Hepple moved out of range nicely.

Hepple slips a straight right by LaRusso.
LaRusso connects with a good right hand that stumbles Hepple. Hepple circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Hepple blocks a jab.
Hepple uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
LaRusso ducks under a wild hook from Hepple.
Hepple throws a big shot that misses.

Hepple connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Hepple fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
LaRusso fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Hepple, as that shot connected.
LaRusso is rocked!
Hepple misses with a hook. LaRusso ducked under it nicely.
LaRusso is still on wobbly legs! Can Hepple finish him?

Hepple drops LaRusso with a big left hand! LaRusso is injured, injured bad! Hepple jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
