Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Toby Michael (ranked 25406 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joey Bart (ranked 4156 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Joey Bart enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Toby Michael! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Joey Bart! The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bart fails to land the takedown. Michael could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Bart fails with a takedown attempt. Nice sprawl there from Michael as Bart shoots in. Toby Michael has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joey Bart. Bart fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Michael wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bart throws a right and a left that Michael avoids nicely. Michael is looking to counter punch. Bart lands with a kick to the temple. Michael shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Bart closes the distance and pushes Michael back into the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bart has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Bart is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Michael is keeping busy. Michael tries to land knees in the clinch but Bart avoids the damage to the body. Bart on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Bart wants to control from the top but Michael keeps moving. Bart wanted to stand there but Michael had control of the position. Michael throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Michael's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Michael is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bart can do anything to dispel that myth. Michael works his way into side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bart looks winded! Michael is looking to take a break and control but Bart is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Michael tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Michael has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Michael wants to control but Bart is keeping him busy.
That's three minutes gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Bart's face as Michael controls the position. Michael wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bart keeps working. Michael decides to take the fight back to the feet. Bart shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Michael as he avoids it easily. Michael stuffs the takedown. Michael forces Bart back against the cage and clinches. Michael escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Bart tries to land a sweep but no joy. Michael not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Further stalling from Michael. Michael stands and throws Bart's legs to the side, diving into side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Michael slows the pace down. Michael is putting a hurting on Bart here, landing some big shots from side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Michael changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bart tries to avoid it but Michael manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bart to the ground. Bart escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Bart shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Michael sprawls well. Michael wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Bart gets slowly back to his feet. Bart closes the distance and pushes Michael back into the cage. Michael is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Bart can do to turn this around? We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bart is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Bart has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Michael avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Bart tries for a takedown but Michael manages to get underhooks.

Michael is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Bart escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Michael gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Michael trying to control the position from guard on top but Bart is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Michael controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Michael might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Michael trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Michael trying to control the position from guard on top but Bart is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Michael slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Bart keeping moving, preventing Michael from controlling successfully. Bart is working an open guard so Michael takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Michael scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Michael content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Bart trying to hold on to Michael's head to control him but Michael postures up.
Bart is looking for a sweep. Michael is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Michael perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Bart is not content to let Michael control the position. Michael stalling. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Toby Michael dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Michael shoots in and drives through. Bart sprawls well. Bart throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Michael's head. Bart moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Bart moves into the clinch. Michael breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Bart closes the distance and clinches up with Michael, looking for a takedown. Bart pushes Michael against the cage but Michael circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. A quick step to the side and Michael tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Bart shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Michael but Michael pushes him off and we're back to square one. Bart takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bart shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Michael as he jumps to the side. As Bart tries to get set, Michael tries to push him back and clinch up but Bart manages to avoid the attempt. Toby Michael has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joey Bart.
That's one minute gone in the round. Michael dives in for a single leg takedown but Bart sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Bart fails with the takedown and Michael holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Michael doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Michael throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Bart is trying to push Michael away but Michael has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Michael lands a body shot. Michael pulls Bart into guard.
Michael controlling Bart's posture. Michael has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Michael is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Michael is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Michael pushes a forearm under Bart's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Bart is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
