Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Houston Glass (ranked 6524 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Wolfs (ranked 6507 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Houston Glass! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Brian Wolfs! The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Matti Vanhoillinen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wolfs dives in and scores a takedown into Glass's guard. Wolfs wants to control from the top but Glass keeps moving. Glass working a defensive guard here.
Glass bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Wolfs's guard. Glass controlling from the top position. Wolfs wants to sweep but no luck. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Glass controls from within his opponent's guard. Glass tries to stand but Wolfs is controlling from the bottom. Glass showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Glass stopping the sweep attempt from Wolfs. Glass seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wolfs working a defensive guard here.
Wolfs wants to sweep here but Glass controlling him for the moment. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Glass could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Glass stands up from guard. Let's bang! Wolfs feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Glass looking to hit a scissor sweep but Wolfs is one step ahead there. Wolfs looking to sit in guard and control but Glass gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Wolfs really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Glass. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Glass stands up over Wolfs, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Glass stays in close to Wolfs's body and controls the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wolfs looking for a guillotine here but Glass defends easily.
Wolfs looking for a sweep. Not yet Wolfs, not yet. Wolfs has a closed guard, preventing Glass from standing up. Wolfs is working an open guard so Glass takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Wolfs shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Wolfs showed some decent athleticism there. Glass pushes Wolfs off and gets back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Glass drives through with a takedown into Wolfs's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Glass's corner is telling him to maintain position. Glass wants to stand but Wolfs has a closed guard, so he can't escape. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Glass stopping the sweep attempt from Wolfs. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Glass scores with a three punch combo!
A momentary lapse in concentration from Glass enables Wolfs to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Glass manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Glass wriggles free and stands up. Wolfs circles away from the clinch attempt.
Houston Glass is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Wolfs swings for the body but Glass moves out of range.
Glass is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Wolfs. Wolfs changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Glass looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Glass bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Wolfs closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Glass prevents Wolfs from improving position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Glass manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Glass is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Wolfs can do to turn this around? The fighters are battling for position here. Glass manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Wolfs would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Wolfs must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Glass has Wolfs pulled in close to control his posture. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Glass looking to control.
Wolfs wants to pass the guard but Glass is keeping the position. Wolfs being controlled here momentarily. Glass has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Wolfs has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Glass tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Wolfs smiles and moves away.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Glass is defended easily by Wolfs. Glass fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Wolfs, pushing him back against the cage.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Houston Glass. That's going to take a lot out of him. Glass successfully pulls guard.
Glass looking to control.
Wolfs with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Wolfs keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Glass's head. Glass being controlled here, momentarily. Wolfs postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Glass is controlling Wolfs's posture. Glass is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wolfs trying to control the position from guard on top but Glass is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Wolfs is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Wolfs is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Wolfs dives in and scores a takedown into Glass's guard. Wolfs looking to sit in guard and control but Glass gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Wolfs throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Glass tries to clinch but Wolfs is having none of it. Wolfs misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Glass.
Glass seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. Wolfs tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Glass manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Glass throwing a counter right hand but Wolfs manages to avoid it. Wolfs closes the distance and clinches. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Glass fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Wolfs is trying to trip Glass. He has hold of a leg but Glass is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Wolfs persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Wolfs pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Glass is keeping the position for now. Wolfs wants to stand and escape but instead Glass has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Glass tries to stand but Wolfs is controlling from the bottom. Wolfs is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Glass wanted to stand there but Wolfs had control of the position. Glass chips away with some ground and pound. Glass is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Houston Glass overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Wolfs not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wolfs doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Wolfs shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Glass's guard. Glass is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Glass takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Glass prevents Wolfs from improving his position. Glass not doing much here.
Wolfs is looking to control Glass's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Wolfs avoid being mounted?
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wolfs is looking for a sweep. Glass is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Glass content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Glass is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Brian Wolfs has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Houston Glass is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Glass decides to stand up.
