The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steel pushes Poe up against the cage in a clinch.
Poe wants to take the fight to the mat but Steel manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Poe tries a body shot but Steel blocks it.
Poe has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Poe wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Steel softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
Steel blocks an uppercut.
Poe is trying to break the clinch but Steel is controlling him.

Steel has Poe pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Poe is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Steel - that's hurt Poe badly! Oh, another knee lands and Poe is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Poe doesn't seem to be complaining.
