The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Sosuke Kotani and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aoki tries to keep at a distance but Vincent has taken the fight into the clinch.
Vincent has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Aoki is trying to keep an underhook but Vincent manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Aoki is trying to get back to full guard.
Vincent is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Vincent wants to advance to full mount but Aoki doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.
Aoki looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Vincent puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

I would just about give that final round to Shinya Aoki .
