Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between James B. Grossweiner (ranked 2112 p4p, 262 weight class) and Dean Wesson (ranked 1147 p4p, 157 weight class). Wesson is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by In Your Honor - Foo Fighters. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, James B. Grossweiner! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dean Wesson! The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Jorge Garcia and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Grossweiner throws a shot from downtown. Wesson moves away and avoids it. Grossweiner tries to score a power double leg takedown but Wesson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Grossweiner somewhat. Grossweiner throws a leg kick but Wesson sees it coming and moves out of range. Grossweiner bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Grossweiner lands a nice forearm strike. Wesson is trying to improve his position. Check out the look on Grossweiner's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Grossweiner lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Grossweiner lands a nice forearm strike. Wesson tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Grossweiner wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Grossweiner in side control lands a decent elbow. Wesson takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Wesson is rocked! Wesson is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Grossweiner cracks Wesson with an elbow. That is naaassty. Wesson is still in real trouble! Can Grossweiner finish him? Grossweiner lands a strong strike to the head of Wesson. That's dazed him! Grossweiner looking to finish here. Wesson is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Grossweiner lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
