Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kantaro Hoshino (ranked 317 p4p, 33 weight class) and Bill Bronson (ranked 961 p4p, 113 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Bill Bronson was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
39 - 12 - 3, fighting out of Montreal, Kantaro Hoshino! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
21 - 11 - 1, fighting out of New York, Bill Bronson! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Dillan Fox and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hoshino connects with a body shot. Nice body punch from Hoshino. Hoshino lunges at Bronson with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Bronson's hand. Bronson connects with a high kick. Bronson moves into the clinch successfully.
Bronson gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Hoshino avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Bronson. Hoshino keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Bronson has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Bronson works his foot free and advances to mount. That was a close second round but I would say that Kantaro Hoshino will probably get the nod. That's time! Hoshino's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Kantaro Hoshino. I think Hoshino has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
